Below, we'll attempt to analyze and rank all the new arrivals from a Draft EPL Fantasy perspective. Our third and final installment looks at players confirmed by their respective clubs on or slightly before deadline day. 26/27 Premier League Summer Transfer Analysis

Below, DraftLad will cover each Premier League transfer individually, providing his analysis of how they will be expected to perform in the upcoming 26/27 season.

The Premier League Summer Transfer Analysis covers signings that were confirmed by their respective clubs between August 28th and the end of the window. We will take a rapid-fire ranking approach for efficiency sake! PP90 = fantasy points per 90. GPP90 = ghost points per 90. PPS = fantasy points per start. GPPS = ghost points per start. xPP90 = expected fantasy points per 90 (using xG and xA). GACS% is % of fantasy points coming from goals, assists, and clean sheets. GS is games started, GP is games played. You can see their stats in this new app.

1. Bradley Barcola | Liverpool | 24yo Left Winger (F) | from PSG for €125m

Elite, pacy, direct inverted winger who put up 11.8 PPS, 7.5 GPPS, 15.8 PP90, 10.3 GPP90, 11G, 1A in 21 GS, 29 GP in Ligue 1 last season (and 14G 10A in 24/25), and after Gakpo, is Pool's most senior winger so should beat out Munoz and Ngumoha for lots of minutes for a top 4 side. He creates, shoots, dribbles, and scores at an elite level, and he'll need 90's to really prove his fantasy worth.

2. Jack Grealish | Everton | 30yo Left Winger (M) | from Man City on a loan (TM value of €20m)

After a long will-he-won't-he saga, the creative winger re-signs with the Toffees, with whom he prospered last year (10.7 PPS, 7.3 GPPS before a half season injury). With Ndiaye (and McNeil) gone, as by far the most developed/proven attacking option, he'll no doubt be their focal point if he can stay fit.

3. Enzo Fernández | Man City | 25yo Central Midfield (M) | from Chelsea for €145m

City's 3rd big money CM signing of the window rejoins former manager and fellow Enzo and will likely start alongside Anderson in a first choice CM partnership (rotated at times for Bouaddi, Foden, and the like). Under Maresca, he averaged 10.8 PPS (9.7 without sets) and 7.9 GPPS and started almost every game he could. His minutes may come down in an elite team, and he likely won't be the key central creative force nor set taker, but he will be joining an attacking powerhouse, so his ceiling likely rises while his floor drops.

4. Iliman Ndiaye | Man City | 26yo Right Winger (F) | from Everton for €70m

Another big money City signing to immediately compete for one of the wing spots. Versatile ability to play in all 4ish attacking positions should help his expected minutes but at first glance, he's likely still behind Semenyo and Cherki and probably Doku and Foden, so it might take further injuries and/or serious rotation for him to have (great PPS) value beyond 15-20 hard to predict starts.
