Essential reading before the waiver requests process!

Gameweek 33 Waiver Wire

Here we outline Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax.  These are the low rostered players who could perform very well over the upcoming period!

Teams with Double Gameweek in GW33:

  • ARS: sou, che

  • BHA: tot, mci

  • BUR: whu, SOU

  • LEI: new, eve

  • MUN: NOR, liv

  • NEW: LEI, CRY

  • SOU: ARS, bur

Teams with Blank Gameweek in GW33:

  • AVL

  • LEE

  • WOL

Diogo Dalot

Position: Defender

Team: Manchester United

Rostered: 28%

Next Fixture: NOR (H), LIV (A)

Prospects: Dalot was a surprising omission from the first team in GW32 with AWB taking over RB duties. United ended up giving Lampard's Everton the rarest of wins, which does not bode well for any united player who featured. Dalot is likely to come back into the team and hopefully can keep his spot for the double (or maybe not starting in the second game against Liverpool could be a blessing in disguise). Anyway, don't be fooled by Norwich getting a win, whichever RB starts against them for United is still a decent bet for double-digit returns.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Dalot

Josh Brownhill

Position: Midfielder

Team: Burnley

Rostered: 34%

Next Fixture: WHU (A), SOU (H)

Prospects: Here we go again! It's Brownhill time. He has had double gameweek scores of 50 points, and 6.5 points so far this season. For those of us who are into patterns, we should be expecting another 50 pointer this time around. Brownhill posted a decent 13 points versus Norwich to get his point-scoring pockets wide enough for GW33. Overlook him at your peril.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Brownhill.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Position: Midfielder

Team: Leicester

Rostered: 24%

Next Fixtures: NEW (A), EVE (A)

Prospects: I have vowed to include KDH in this article until he reaches 40% rostership. So here it is. Do not sleep on KDH! He has been one of the best players for Leicester this year and has been steadily bringing in points for his managers in Fantrax too. A solid floor with decent upside and guaranteed minutes, KDH will win you games in the minimum 3 (yes, three) DGWs Leicester have ROS! Pick him up now and plug him in if you have been shafted by rotation. You will not regret it.

Verdict: I would use a high-end waiver claim or 5-8% of my FAB on KDH.

Enock Mwepu

Position: Midfielder

Team: Brighton

Rostered: 4%

Next Fixture: TOT (A), MCI (A)

Prospects: Now this is a very controversial suggestion, and one that you most likely do not have to go for on waivers. Mwepu, or "The Computer", has only played a bit-part role in Brighton's season so far, but his numbers have been very impressive. FBRef has him at 0.74 G+A and 0.35 xG+xA, which is impressive. If you are struggling to field a midfield and are panicking for a midfielder with upside, look no further.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0% of my FAB on Mwepu.
