Waiver Wire Gameweek 32

Here we outline our Fantasy EPL Gameweek 32 Waiver Wire targets that are 40% rostered (ROS) or below on Fantrax. These players should perform well over the upcoming period!

Quilindschy Hartman (Ros 13%)

Prospects: Before losing his role in the side in December, Hartman was producing just enough to stay above the typical tolerance level for fantasy managers, averaging around 8 PPS. That dipped slightly as the season moved into the holiday period. The Dutch fullback and former Feyenoord man put up 9 points in his return to the XI last week, helped by a clean sheet. I was initially dismissive, but after following it up with an 8-point performance, despite conceding three times against Fulham, I’m interested again. He recorded 3 key passes and a shot on target in that match, and if he can boost his defensive output, he could start to deliver real value. Speaking of the Dutch, I remember learning about the word Gezellig. My fantasy season right now is not Gezellig.

Verdict: I would use a low-tier waiver pick or 0-1 FAB to get him.

Chris Rigg (Ros 1%)

Prospects: Rigg was on a few of our radars (maybe like 2 of ours) in this seasons' drafts after starring for the Black Cats in the Championship last year at such a young age. The scores haven’t been kind to him this season, though, with just seven starts prior to the match vs. Newcastle. However... maybe it was a bit of an academy or hometown boost, but he delivered 17 ghost points away at St. James’ Park. More importantly, the production was well-rounded across the board, which is exactly what you want to see. With attackers like Angulo and others out, he’s seeing opportunities further forward, and I don’t see why he wouldn’t get the nod again at home vs. Spurs after the international break. I don’t mind the stream, especially with Forest and Wolves on the horizon.

Verdict: I would use a low-tier waiver pick or 0-1 FAB to get him.

Konstantinos Mavropanos (Ros 9%)

Prospects: I’m a big proponent of targeting players on teams that still have something to play for. Over the last two weeks, the Greek international has posted 26.5 points (with a goal) and followed it up with 12.5 in straight ghosts. I’d be comfortable starting him over his next four fixtures: Wolves, Palace, Everton, and Sunderland, as West Ham desperately fight to avoid relegation this season.

Verdict: I would use a low-tier waiver pick or 1-2 FAB to get him.
