Gameweek 34 Waiver Wire

Here we outline Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax. These are the low rostered players who could perform very well over the upcoming period!

Teams with Double Gameweek in GW34:

MUN: ars, CHE

CHE: WHU, mun

Oleksandr Zinchenko

Position: Defender

Team: Manchester City

Rostered: 27%

Next Fixture: WAT (H)

Prospects: I have already recommended Tsimikas in my article on Fantrax HQ, why not double down on the title-chasing wing-back rotation? Although we have clearly established that Pep Roulette is in the past, at some point Cancelo will need a rest. Surely. A home game against Watford, 3 days before a CL semi against Real Madrid seems as good a time as any. Will be exciting to see the competition for best streamer of the GW with Tsimikas.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Zinchenko

Scott McTominay

Position: Midfielder

Team: Manchester United

Rostered: 26%

Next Fixture: ARS (A), CHE (H)

Prospects: The young Scotsman is finally back and just in time as Pogba has probably played his last minutes as a United player this weekend. Most likely to play 2 in the double and not hampered by the -2 points for goals conceded, Scotty could be a decent shout for GW34.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on McTominay.

Curtis Jones

Position: Midfielder

Team: Liverpool

Rostered: 8%

Next Fixtures: EVE (H)

Prospects: The rotation recommendations continue. The Liverpool midfield has been humming lately, with Thiago putting in a series of masterclass performances in the season-defining part of the run-in. That said, Fabinho and Thiago have played a lot of minutes lately and they will need to be fit and ready to play in the CL semi against Villarreal, so the stage is set for local boy Jones, who absolutely loves a Merseyside derby. The signs are there.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Jones.

Miguel Almirón

Position: Midfielder

Team: Newcastle

Rostered: 23%

Next Fixture: NOR (A)

Prospects: The Paraguayan has not been in the first team under Howe much, but found himself given the opportunity for the GW33 Double as Fraser went down with an injury. He took his opportunity well and besides doing a lot of good work in buildup play, he scored and absolute stunner to get the win against Palace and confirm their safety in the Prem. Although Fraser might be back, Almiron has done enough to get the nod for the game against Norwich and get you another 10+ points.

Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Almirón.
