Finish Strong! Episode 9 of the Key Pass Collective

Updated: May 27, 2021

The Key Pass Collective is the one-stop-shop Fantasy EPL podcast to help you prepare your team for anything and everything the Fantasy Gods can throw at it. Waivers, Sleepers, Trade advice are just some of the issues covered by our host Joe Williams and our three analysts Draft Genie, Ryan Barnes, and Tottiandor. You will no doubt be subject to some Firmino vs Pepe banter, a lot of Shaw, Kovacic, and Fleck love with a healthy sprinkling of Spurs and Burnley negativism. That is the Key Pass Collective.

This is a short summary of all that has been mentioned in the latest episode of the Key Pass Collective. Players to pick up, strategies to use, etc.

Players to Drop

There have been a boatload of injuries in the last few weeks of the season, so we have listed the players who are injured or doubtful for the last game of the season. For the full list of players, we suggest you visit Premier injuries and follow the FPL injury czar, Ben Dinnery.

Strategies on Managing Multiple Lineup Announcements

With all the matches happening at once, it is very important to come prepared for when lineups are announced. We listed a few strategies to use for the last day free-for-all.

  1. Identify a list of players who you are willing to drop without a millisecond of thought.

  2. Identify the games that have most of the high upside players on your roster (or players you are looking at in the Free Agent Pool). Focus on no more than 3 games (6 team sheets).

  3. Pay attention to Fantrax signals: Green tick means starter, Red cross means bench, no sign means not in squad.

  4. Immediately (preferably in an open window) drop everyone who is not starting or not in the squad, this will make pickups easier.

  5. Open tabs for all the teams you are following closely and sort the Players tab for each team.

  6. Subscribe to the Official EPL teams feed list (curated by Chuck Booth) and frantically refresh Twitter
