Waiver Wire Gameweek 37

Here we outline our Fantasy EPL Gameweek 37 Waiver Wire targets that are ~40% rostered (ROS) or below on Fantrax. These players should perform well over the upcoming period!

Noussair Mazraoui (Ros 23%)

Prospects: The Moroccan international slotted in at RB for Diego Dalot and racked up 20 total fantasy points, including 14 ghosts and a clean sheet. It was a phenomenal fantasy outing, as he piled up ghost points all over the pitch, highlighted by 3 key passes. That’s exactly what you want to see from a fullback who was constantly bombing forward. Let’s hope for 90 more minutes in their two remaining favorable fixtures against Forest and Brighton, both home and away.

Verdict: I would use a low waiver pick or 0-1 FAB to get him..

Ross Barkley (Ros 12%)

Prospects: You’d think he would’ve come away with even more in the 2-2 draw, despite posting 16 fantasy points and scoring a goal. He easily could have added another goal contribution. He’s continuing to get starts at the No. 10 role in between these European fixtures and becomes an intriguing option in Villa’s final two potentially must-win matches against Liverpool and City.

Verdict: I would use a low waiver pick or 0-1 FAB to get him.

Rodrigo Muniz (Ros 22%)

Prospects: Remember that rumor that United were going to rest Matheus Cunha rest of season for the World Cup? Totally false (so far atleast). But… what if Fulham are doing that with Raúl Jiménez? The surprise benching could just be Marco Silva reacting to no goals since 3/21 or reports of an illness, but with little left to play for it’s at least interesting timing. Fixtures vs Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United F.C. could still offer some late “on the beach” points for the Rodrigo Muniz who went for 90 in the loss to the European seeking Cherries.

Verdict: I would use a low waiver pick or 0-1 FAB to get him.
